Hi Laura,
Thanks for the reply. Being a prayer warrior is hard work, but has it's rewards in many different ways.
Once a member of that group you are able to post to those threads, we all do, me it seems moreso than others. The previous persons post simply gets replaced by the most recent. It seems there is enough room on the wall for each thread, just only shows the most recent one.
Let me know when you post about favourite books, or whatever.
I have joined a group, Short Story Competition and Workshop that has just started.
Although my story not ready yet, members are able to look at and comment on other stories in the workshop. I'll hang around there and see if anything interesting comes up.
I am beginning to enjoy discussing the Pope's book, it seemed like hard work at first. Take a look at the CBC Discussion for quotes from the book to see if you like it enough to buy one and join in.
Have a nice day

Hi Dee S,
Well I am glad that you are enjoying the groups you have joined.
Ah Prayer Warrior. That would be my job. It is hard at times. Also, especially being a Greeter because Catherine S. is fantastic at doing it and she is always on there which is great. If she is absent once in a while, I will be a Greeter.
Okay I will start a thread and see how it turns.
Thanks! I love the qoutes. I have so many others to put on there. Not enough room though.
Yes, CAF is a challenge to me. Most of the topics I have no idea what they are talking about, but there are other times when you learn something, even if the thread or the post is not popular, at least someone is there to see it and learn. As long as it is positive :d:d:d
GOD BLESS,
laura

Hi Laura, I only joined recently, so still getting used to the site. I really enjoy the groups I have joined, but they do take up time as I seems to get carried away with posting and pics, the others in the groups really appreciate it. The best, in a way although hard work, is being a Prayer Warrior. So many people to pray for and help, and sometimes to connect to in friendship.
If you write short stories, a group has just started called Short Story Competition and Workshop, that looks interesting. I joined, because I am writing my first story, but not sure if I'll ever finish it.
If you're feeling brave, take another chance on a thread for favourite books. I think it will be rewarding, anyhow, worth a try if you're up to it.
I love your signature. It kind of gives me an idea of strength, openness and generosity. For a young person (which I am no longer, although I have four children that are keeping me young) this site offers interest and challenges too.
All the best

Hi Dee S,
Well I was glad to join. Sorry I am not part of the discussion. It is not a book that I have read or own.
Sure I could start one on CA Book. Hopefully I will follow regulations. I have had two infractions already. Nothing too extreme. I just need to be careful
Anyway, you know the Very Fun Club used to be the most popular club. And now it is sorta nonexistent. I don't like that. It was a great club. Nice people. One that I went on a lot.
UH, let see most of the clubs I am in are not really active, but still people go on there and post everyday. You can check them out on my profile. Only a few though are active. The others, no no. Especially the ones I started

Hi Laura,
Thanks for popping in on the book club, nice to see a new face. Not sure why, I've 'noise' it about enough, we have not had many people join us for this book discussion?
Perhaps start a thread on the CA Book forum about 'favorite' books, I think it would be popular and might lead to you starting your own group? Would be great to have a group where we could talk about books we've read & liked/not liked that is not too too formal.
I tried joining the Very Fun Club yesterday, but seems there's no -one around anymore. Any ideas, besides the (not so) Clean Jokes group, I left them within a week?
All the best
