My Thanksgiving was good.
My parents lived the Nepal for two years in the Peace Corps. And they did hike there. As a matter of fact they hiked up to 19,000 feet. The pictures they took are so awesome.
My Dad wants to go back, but I don't know. Kinda hard right now. When I save enough money I want to take him back there. They talk about their time there and to "good old days." I love Nepal and India and just that area because it is so beautiful and unique.
Did you grow up in South Africa?

I think his name is Rennie. I think it said that onhe avatar name. Really don't know, but I love the movie.
Oh, I love Africa. I know a few people from Africa, from the countries of Kenya, Tanzania, and Niger, ( I think).
Wow, South Africa. Wonderful. So were you born there then and raised your family there?
Yah, I can understand that once you have children, you kinda of lose touch of the "old days." I mean you never forget them of course (and I have obviously had no experience as a mother, because I am still quite young), but I remember mom telling me about hiking in the Himalayas, India and doing this and that.
My oldest brother is 23. Haha!

Yes..South Africa. It's a very beautiful country. Can tell you lot's (if only we had time,) about all the safari's I've been on, one where I was the cook; and have travelled this country and Zimbabwe (amazing game and countryside, the great Baobab trees the size of houses), lost count of the camp fires I've sat and mostly cooked around. These all back in the mists time before I had my children, oldest now 23. Anyone visiting here from CAF simply has to look me up!!
