I'm glad if it helps a little bit. It's not just your spiritual well being, though. I know a lot of things are painful and difficult for you. From the few things you've shared, I understand something of why you often feel dark about things, and it isn't fair that you should have to feel like that. I don't contact you often at all, but I do think of you, and I do wish you could have happiness and peace. Not everyone becomes real to one, but you are real to me.
