    I wanted to answer your question on the Health Insurance thread that was closed (I should have read the rules, didn't realize I needed a news link). Anyways the 12k is because we live in a county with 20%+ unemployment and my husband is in grad school. He applied to about 40 jobs and keeps applying every week, but no luck. When he's done with school, he will hopefully be a canon lawyer, so it shouldn't be this way forever!
