Consecration to Mary

Very happy about it.

Immaculate Conception coming up! I am renewing my consecration on that day.

A`visionary saw Our Lady on her birthday. The saints were coming to her with requests. This visionary asked our Lady if she got presents and she said "souls are my presents."

September 8 was Our Lady's birthday. The next day I called my non-practicing friend Norberto. now, on his birthday in January, I had given him a rock as a tongue-in-cheek birthday gift. this september I called & said " Yesterday was celebrated as Our Lady's birthday. I'm thinking of giveing her a rock, but I thought if I ever win you over: heart of stone... he said "Yikes!" I only try to win him through her.
Ask her to help me in a personal matter. and to helop with him

Wow there are no coincidences with God...I just decided to begin the consecration to Mary on Oct 19th so I can finish on Marian Feast Day and I see this group. This is great.

Our Lady has been to all my birthdays - including my birth-day. This one will be my New Birth-day, when I am reborn as the footman of the Handmaid of the Lord.

That's the new title I'm going to give myself.

Oct. 7 is also my birthday. So when it's time to renew my Consecration every year, I'll know!

First day went okay. Sluggish in the morning, better as day went on.The Imitation of Christ is better than I remember. Some years ago I tried to read it and just didn't connect with it. So I donated it to the parish library. Now I've borrowed it back for my 33-day prep. What do other people think of this little book?
