You're not an idiot. That much is evident from your posts. I'll take your word that you make mistakes. I do too. So do most of the people I've ever known. Remember, most of the saints made mistakes too. They aren't saints because they were born perfect; they became saints because they worked to overcome their mistakes. You're right in asking for their help for you to overcome yours, too. I don't know what you did or do, but there are lists online of saints. There's one here, and EWTN has one. Fisheaters probably does, too. For impure thoughts, that might be Saint Joseph. A patron of young bachelors and students is Saint Nicholas of Myra, according to the list on here. Just do your best to "sin no more." The less you commit a sin, the less it can be used against you by our enemy.

Which saint do I pray with to help me to not make mistakes? I screwup much to often. I lie, I sometimes think impure thoughts, I really want to be like Jesus. I not only am a bad person, but I am just stupid sometimes. Like wearing a shirt inside out, not knowing how to do things, and I really don't have any self confidence. I don't trust myself to do anything. I'm not good with people, I really just want some more self confidence. If I am to be friar or priest, which is what I want to be, then I must be a people person. If I want to be a priest or a friar, I must not lie, I must not think impure thoughts. So back to my question, does anybody know of any patron Saints for idiots, clumsy people, and screw ups?
