Friar Justin Belitz explains in his book Success: Full living how meditative prayer can lead you to live the life that God wants you to have. I have found his work transforming

This morning had the most beautiful meditation . I feel unburdened from worries and cleansed . For anyone who feels they have past hurts stuck inside them I really would recommend this type of prayer

Hi Mary I find Adoration opens me up to meditation or just sitting in the real presence or just sitting or lying holding my blessed crucifix seems to get me into Gods presence

    Hi all,
great to see some people popping in. Yes I think praying the Rosary is a type of meditation. For me mediative prayer allows me to really really hear God. I see some people look so unhappy and I think if only they would meditate and get to really feel one with God - their happiness would increase. Below MV is a link to a great meditation by Friar Justin

Hi all! To me praying the Rosary is a meditation, and I can't start my day without it.

Now if you all meditate otherwise, how do YOU do it?

    Just wondering~M

Robertmidwest I am sooo glad that this style of prayer is enriching your life . It has mine in many ways. I tried a group but the group was quite laid back about it and at the time I wanted something more serious so I did not go back.
