WE must find the right balance between Scripture and Tradition. We are building on the foundation of the Church's teachings, the scriptures are there for encouragement(Rom 15:4)

Thier are many Prov, that will help us understand God,s word,s, but we must read them from the Bible,which people should do,read the Bible.

Reminds me of another pass-
age in the Bible: Prov. 3:5-6

Commit yourwayto the Lord,trust that God will act. Psalm 37:5

May all people read the Bible,it will make you feel bettter

I come from a Baptist background,and in Sunday School, when I was young they have a "sword drill" where we kids would lift up the Bible high in one hand, and the teacher would say:"John 3:16"and we would then have to look it up and the first one to read it out loud will be awarded a prize. Anyway, that way we got to know where the books of the Bible are!

Reading the Bible,is a form of way to keep us in awarness of God,s love for man,and also how to live our lives to God,s will.

Glam8833 > I feel the only way man can feed themselfs, is if they talk about the word of God with others,this some times change people way of thinking and help them to understand why Jesus came to save us.

We need to get at the MEAT of
the word, Catholics are still
being SPOON-FED by the
Liturgy, and not feeding them-
selves!

I ,am glad that people read the Bible when they can. Many those that do be strenght by the words of God,and for those that don,t read the Bible,may the Holy Spirit touch your hearts to want to pick it up and read it.
