Oh, well then I guess I am not depressed! Yay!

You know if you're depressed if you think negatively a lot and feel despairing.

Thank you a lot for the advice, Christine, and your prayers. To be honest, I don't know if I am depressed or not. I was taking iron for a very long time and the doctor made me stop. I have never taken vitamin B but the doctor didn't tell me to after they did the blood work. I get some sun but maybe not enough, who knows... I'll see.

RedDuke- another thing. You are in my prayers +++

Also RedDuke- if you need help from God and Mary. Never fail option is through the Rosary. One of Marys promises is that she will grant whatever we ask through praying the Rosary, as long as it's compatible to Gods will
Also.. Try to sit in the sun- get sunlight. I am very low in vitamin D (associated with lack of sun) and a few weeks ago I sat in the sun for over an hour on a sunny day and it really worked some miracles .. I felt so relaxed and naturally energized.

RedDuke- hi !! are you sure you're depressed? It could be lack of b vitamins or lack of iron making you tired. Don't let ppl label you with depression.. Unless you are actually depressed. Try B vitamins and iron supplements.. Maybe also vitamin D. Maybe get a full blood test from the drs.

I am going to St. Andrew's Church tomorrow and I am so excited! It is my favorite church for a lot of reasons. I wish, as some of my family members, that St. Andrew's would be in the place of our church (we like traditional things, our church doen't have that).

I have never been to a Latin Mass before but we live close to a church that has one in the morning (I think it is at 7:30) and so I am going to go there someday!

Apparently, according to a family member, I am mildly depressed. That is why I feel so fatigued so often. But they say that at Mass I look so energetic, but I can't go to Mass every day! I probably seem more energetic because I am so nervous at Masses. It is weird. But I have been praying and listening to some more secular music that is upbeat.

I wish we had a Sacred Heart church, or at least a Sacred Heart of Jesus statue in our church. We have little art in my church while the structure of the chruch itself is, I suppose, meant to make up for it.
