Prayer to Saint Josemarķa O God, through the mediation of the Most Blessed Virgin Mary, you granted countless graces to your priest Saint Josemarķa, choosing him as a most faithful instrument to found Opus Dei, a way to holiness through daily work and the ordinary duties of a Christian. Grant that I also may learn to turn all the circumstances and events of my life into opportunities to love you and serve the Church, the Pope and all souls, with joy and simplicity, lighting up the paths of Intention A: 2 The Way, 813 To find a job 3 Furrow, 489 May our Lord God grant me the grace to get a job quickly, which will provide security for my family. At the same time, may he help me to understand that what gives value to any honest work is the love with which I do it: love for God, in the first place, to whom I can offer up my work; and love for my neighbour, whom I wish to serve and be useful to. or Intention B: the earth with faith and love. Through the intercession of Saint Josemarķa, please grant me the favor I request ... (here make your petition). Amen. Our Father, Hail Mary, Glory be to the Father

St Joseph of Cupertino is a great saint to pray to when taking tests. I am a college student and it never failed I say the prayer before going in to take my test and I have only received A's (studying is required)

    Good afternoon,
I friend of mine gave me a great book, Divine office for Dodos. It explains exactly how to pray the office and has a web site to order book marks etc which make it easier.
Most other instruction confused me more than they helped. Dodos book taught me how with confidence.

    pm8utler,
I recently started praying LOTH with the SFO, and quite honestly, the best thing you can do is find someone who is willing to let you watch/read along while doing it. Most people will understand how imposing it can be to beginners, so Im willing to bet a partner would be no problem!

hi group. how does one go about learning how to 'pray' the divine office/LOTH? thus far, i've come across material that basically confuses me. i have no idea how this can be acheived. is there like a 'dummies guide" or "idiots guide" to praying this prayer?

    Greetings to All,
I have been utilizing these most effective forms of praying for many years.Although I am still far from perfection and always in need of further direction. This seems like a wonderful group to encourage and learn together. Thanks be to God.
