    Good morning, all,

    I would just like to admit, that Saint Jude has granted every prayer I ever made to him. May he be blessed to God Most High the Holy Trinity.

    Thank you, Saint Jude.

    God loves all of you, lurkers, too,

    Good morning,all,

    I just want to let anyone know that I have come to think that Saint Patrick has been influincing my life ever since my conversion, and I didn't know it. I want to give him credit, now.

    Thank you, Saint Patrick.

    Good afternoon, all,

    I would like to again give credit to St. Francis of Assisi's help with one of my dogs, little Spike, a terrier type.

    Yesterday he was eating his chow and half way through, he up-chucked and stopped eating. So, as I petted him I prayed Jesus Christ to empower St. Francis of Assisi to heal Spike. Later, he ate the rest of his chow and did not throw up any more.
    That might have happened anyway, but I think, that St. Francis of Assisi
    deserves credit for the healing, because I asked him.

    I rely on him and Jesus Christ as well as St. Anthony of Padua for the care of my dogs, because I don't have the money to take them to the veterinarian when they're sick or injured.

    God loves all of you, which includes the lurkers,
    Don

    She is also my favorite saint, and one I've looked to when I've had a rough patch in my life so I can over come it.

    One of my best friends said to, you know she (Therese) is listening.... That I know is true.

However, they shortly buzzed my door and came back in. Patty said, "You owe me $5." in a joking way and I knew that they had found it. Despite looking in my car, I had not been able to find it. I neglected one place in my car though, the pocket on the side of my door. That is where it was! I am so thankful to Saint Anthony of Padua and God for helping them to find my driver's license!

    St. Anthony is a good saint and our God is an awesome God.

    Mary Virginia on this group read my comment that I had a heart condition, and would like to know if there's a saint to help with that. She suggested St. Luke, and another.

    I have been losing mornings for almost a year, after I get up, when a sleep comes upon me and I lay back down and nap until noon, or after. I had also been out of Church for eight or nine months, I lost track. This morning, after my daily prayers, I just spontaneously prayed, "St. Luke, please energize me."

    I stayed up until 8:05AM. When the Cathedral office was open, I called to make an appointment with a priest, at the Cathedral, for Confession and counseling. The associate Pastor fielded my call and set an 11:15AM appointment for today. So, I got ready, took the bus downtown, had lunch at the bus station, and walked on over to the Cathedral. The Pastor met me, and we agreed for me to call next week for a longer appointment with him. I got in line for Confession; made the best Confession I could in so little time; said a Rosary after that and before the noon Mass started, after I did my Penance. I've been trying to get on a daily Rosary schedule. During Mass, I received the Holy Eucharist and after Mass I walked back to the bus station and caught a bus home, my heart rejoicing inside me. On the bus, everybody were cordial and of good will. I credit my part of all this to St. Luke.

    I just wanted to pass it along.

    Hey everyone. Does anyone know of any patron saints against heart problems and against kidney problems that I can ask for their intercession? I might have congestive heart failure or kidney problems. I had a follow up appointment with my doctor today about my swollen feet and the diuretic I have been on hasn't made the swelling gone down much if any so she is going to have me tested for congestive heart failure and kidney problems. I would like to know if there are any saints against these problems. If there are, please ask them to intercede for me and post their names here so that I may ask for their intercession as well. Thank you.

    Yes, I do believe in the saints and I do ask for their intercession.

    The Apostles Creed

    I believe in God, the Father Almighty, Creator of Heaven and earth;
    and in Jesus Christ, His only Son Our Lord,
    Who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried.
    He descended into Hell; the third day He rose again from the dead;
    He ascended into Heaven, and sitteth at the right hand of God, the Father almighty; from thence He shall come to judge the living and the dead.
    I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy Catholic Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body and life everlasting.
    Amen.

    I personally believe that the Blessed Virgin Mary is the most powerful of all the saints since she is the mother of God and since she mothered our Lord throughout his entire life. She is definitely a powerful saint!

    I love the saints so, so much. Just like each of you. Many years ago, I put together a website, www.CatholicChurchSaints.com and I cordially invite you to visit it. I write, in particular, of miracles of the saints.
