Weather here gorgeous! God has blessed us with a wonderful Autumn day. However, we are drowning in leaves falling!
New England has the best weather in the states, but it changes from day to day, so it can be interesting. No snow here most likely not until Dec or Jan. But we have had blizzards in November.

    Totterman,
No one is trying to kick you out. We all have our problems to work out, some too private to place here, some not. I am sure not everyone doesn't like you, that may be your own perception. You have to like yourself first--and at times, I don't even like me. Catholics should love our fellow man, we don't necessarily have to like them. Our wish in loving them is that they reach eternal salvation with God and spend eternal life with Him.
Perhaps you can speak with a priest who could help you out.
Smile, God loves you as you are.

Hi Totterman - it's ok - I'm not that mad, just sad that you feel no one here likes you....

I think Catholics do try to stick together - we're all supposed to be God's family - but it would be unrealistic to believe that the entire Catholic family will totally agree and support each other 100% of the time. There will always be people that see life differently. One fact of life that I've discovered is: It's better to try to get along with others the best we can, when we can, and admit that sometimes it just doesn't work out and that's ok too.

I've always tried to look on the "sunny side of life" - there's too much sadness going around these days and so one of my goals in life is to brighten people's day by being "positive" and reflect a happy attitude. (well, most of the time anyway)

Someone once said that to have friends, one must be friendly first - not the other way around. And since I believe in honesty - I will be honest with you and say that sometimes the topics you post are sad and not the most upbeat....

Alot of people are unwilling to converse with others that have a negative attitude. Not because they are unfriendly - they're just not capable or comfortable dealing with someone else's problems. I suspect it's because they themselves have enough trouble in their own life.

Maybe you just need to give other people the benefit of the doubt more often - especially in this type of format - it's really hard in cyber space to know exactly what other people really mean, based upon what they write.

I pray that you will find an inner peace and happiness - we are all entitled to some happiness in this life

    May God Bless You Totterman!!

I will find a way,if I will be banned, here is my private e-mail,if they think I have broken every rule in the book and burn Bibles on my backyard, wich I don't have,I think I can bend the rules a bit, here comes,berndt.totterman@ovi.com So if I am gone from the site one day,You can write me anyway. Take care. And sorry one moore time. PS: You find me on MySpace whit that same adress.

Hi Ashurie - Thanks for the lesson on Australia
Learning about different countries and cultures is one of the great aspects of a forum like this!!
I hope your RCIA process is going well

Totterman - I'm sorry the open forum is giving you trouble - I don't post much over there.
I can't believe that they would block you from posting over something so trivial as a few misspelled words?? I have no problem reading & understanding what you write.
I wish I could help, but I don't know what to do TO help??
Are you sure you are logged in properly?? Sometimes I have to log in more than once - especially if I've stepped away from the computer and then come back - the program "times me out" and I have to log back in.

Now, having said that - I'm a tiny bit angry that you question how I SLEEP at night - I've been nothing but nice to you and everyone else here, and I haven't seen anyone else in THIS group say anything wrong to you - so please consider our feelings as well, before you criticize us.
I don't expect an appology, just a little consideration next time.

Hi Prairie, LOL stick with "The Man from Snowy River" that is MORE realistic than "Crocodile Dundee"!! XD
I live in Melbourne, and it is spring here. Melbourne is known to have 4 seasons in one day...was a dry 28c today...and tomorrow it is meant to be 18c and raining. Up north in Queensland, North Territory it will be the dry season and cyclone season.

Misfit,oh yes. Could anyone here tell me why I can't accses "Ask a question"? Every time I try,a warning pops up,tellin me I have no right to be on this page...I have wrote a lot of letters to the admin, but all I get back is "here is a languge barrier"and to my last letter the reply wos that I need to get a letter written by a translator! I may miss-spell words, but I do know the rules and so on,and I have not broken one singel of them, unless here are "hidden" rules or because I live in Finland. What can I do?

    Good evening Don,

Do you have snow in your part of Texas?? Texas is such a big state - I'm sure there is a big difference in the weather from North to South. We normally have several major snowstorms per year and how deep the snow gets, depends on what the wind does with it. The past few years we've had alot of snow

Yes, today was really nice - temps in the low to mid 50's this afternoon. Is the haze you speak of, air pollution or just moisture in the air??

Amen to the idea of Hot Cocoa. This morning I stopped by the Convienence Store before work and enjoyed a cup of Vanilla Cappucino - first I've had this season - amazing how we both have hot drinks on our minds - LOL

Well friend - tis time to think about sleeping - another day of work tomorrow - then Hurrah - the WEEKEND
