OCD/Scrupulosity Group

Lately I have been having a lot of intrusive thoughts that come out of nowhere. A girl that I like might pass me and I may have these overly sexual intrusive thoughts about her. This makes it so hard for me for I know that these are the last thoughts that I would want to think about, yet these thoughts seem to happen for no reason.

This makes it so hard for me especially when there is a girl that I really like. I am afraid to be close to her or talk to her thinking that one of these thoughts might come up.

What should I do about these thoughts? How should I handle these thought?. If I get one of these thoughts about someone, usually a lot of other intrusive thoughts follow the previous one, and many times the others are worst than the first.

I've been doing pretty good, yet many unwanted thoughts still come. I have been praying the prayer to saint Michael quite a lot. I am also praying a novena to Saint Joseph for his help, as well as praying the rosary. Those three things are really helping a lot.
