Well, Wednesday the doctor diagnosed my months long symptoms as allergies. Which are not contagious. So, I can ride with the other elderly people to Church.
I will receive medicine for the allergies in the mail. I didn't feel like waiting at the pharmacy while I was there, that day.

Well, radio reports sound like the police have found the second Boston bomber.
I hope they can take him alive, so we can find out why they did it.

I finally see a doctor tomorrow and will ask if what I have is contagious. If not, then I can ride with some other old folks to church. Until that, I don't want to risk passing on a lingering cold or chronic flu.

I'm doing Ok. Missed an appointment with my therapist because of lost sleep from an opossum in the kitchen the night before. I've already emailed my therapist all the details. But, when the PD came, the woman police officer ascertained the opossum had babies. When Animal Control got there and picked her up, he showed us all the baby 'possums clinging to her chest and belly, before he put her in the carry case he brought in with him.

I've been sleeping too much lately. Other than that, I'm Okay.

Although my PTSD is also non-combat, I think I can refer your Ranger to the VA. Ya'll find a Veteran's Affairs clinic in your area, go there, and get your Ranger signed up. They have programs to help combat PTSD.
