To Clemintine: Please remember that you are in more control of yourself than you may now think. If you really believe your meds are not working, then tell your doctor. Do NOT stop them on your own, as you may cause yourself severe distress. There are many new medications out today and maybe a mix of two may be your solution. NEVER dispair, as there are also support groups out there, specifically for you. There is a DBSA (Depression and Bi-Polar Support Alliance) site you can easily access by simply "googling" DBSA. Do not lose hope, because there are many many people out there just like you, getting help and giving help! Good luck and may God Bless you and hold you in His hands! You are in my prayers!

I hope everyone is having a good day. I got a call for jury duty so I spent most of my day at the courthouse. But, I praise God because there are worse places I could have spent the day.

I suffer fron bi-polar depression. I have taken manymedicatioins (under a doctor's care), They all work for a while. Yesterday was ok, but today is starting off really bad. I hate myself and everything about me. I try medatation and always pray for relief. I try to do things that will help. When I feel like this everything I try makes a mess and me feel worse.
