As a tradition we have the tooth fairy (parents leave money under the kids pillow when they loose their milk teeth and is supposed to come from the tooth fairy)
We have Santa Claus for Crhistmas
The little illusion of detaching the fore finger during a party I think is similar to the tooth fairy or Santa Claus

Hi everyone. Such a gloomy, muggy day here where I live. So dreary. Besides the weather, things are going great!

Our church does a healing mass but something just don't feel right to me about it.. I would love to go to one where their is a priest leading it..
I'm a bit annoyed we were supposed to do RCIA classes and it was only going to be my husband and i and they could not find the time for the class. Back at Easter time when we started their and talked to them about the class i made it very clear when we could do it since my husband works full time and goes to college full time.. So now i guess i have to find someplace else to go I have a hard time understanding how you can not find the time when we are the only ones taking the class and their is four instructors. Any how i will find some place i guess..
Hecares, Trin, flowerlady and Horgan i pray you are all well.. I haven't seen much of you guys lately. Please pray for me.. Tomorrow morning i will have surgery and hopefully all will go well and i can get to feeling better.

kathy, I have seen more than one healing Mass in one yearn at the same church. I didn't think Masses could be held in places like malls. Hopefully someone else knows more about this.

Storm, although I probably wouldn't have believed it if someone told me beforehand, the biggest help to me has been improving my prayer life. Spending more time in prayer has opened my mind and heart to God has allowed me to be more certain that i am hearing what He wants me to hear from Him. We are all sinners. We achieve salvation only through God's mercy. All we can do is try our best to show our love to God and our neighbor as
Scripture and our Church teach us, repent of our sins and receive the sacraments.

I just have a question. I don't know if you can help me. I just want to know... Is there such a ruling that a Healing Mass should not be done in public place (let's say mall) more than once in one year in the same location?
