Miss Primrose, welcome to the Catholic
Church, the Pillar and Support of the Truth
    (1 Tim 3:15), it's members are NOT
PERFECT, but we have more potential
    for sainthood(living right).

Seeing death and man's inhumanity to man
up close is a real challenge to Faith, too.
    njprintman.
But IF you allow it to draw you CLOSER
to God, you will find more appreciation of
what Christ went through in His PASSION,
let that sink in this Lent, as we prepare for
    Good Friday and Easter!

Hi everyone, still cloudy and chilly here in Indiana, welcome to all the new folks.
Hi Jeana, no, we use to be neighbors , I lived in Pennsylvania which is next door to New Jersey, I use to deliver soda there when I was a young man, and had some interesting experiences there in Camden where njprintman worked, a tough neighborhood. Now I live in the mid-west in small town, a lot different than the big city I'm used to. All a part of that prayer I talked about before. God's will be done.
    Praying for you all.

Hi Albert, I feel the same way that the secular world news is misleading..In many areas and not just the church
They will probably never and probably never have reported the truth.
Prayer is like you say the best answer.. God Bless Albert, Pope Benedict has been my favourite pope so far, I really believe he done his job with courage..you have a great day too

Hi all. I listen to the Pope departure some. Ii have some mixed feelings. I think he did a good job, but think the secular world is misleading me alittle. I will pray for him and for the new election that we have a pope that always speaks the Truth and always imitates Jesus. have a great day. God Bless
