Now it took-well i'll try again-hello KrazyKat-ya am not getting into changing the avatar-it's just not working.
As i had comment-i found Pope Francis comment in Catholic paper i get every week-It stated that the Holy Father had said that Christ redemtion was for everyone even the Atheist. I do understand that point-though this thought of his could be construed as carrying on with one's life with a bag of sins to drag along for 'show and tell'-well it would be safe because Christ has died for everyone's redemtion.-yes/no? Perhaps a more detailed outline of how that is just not so??
It may be best to leave this point to better educated minds in the priesthood of Holy Orders with high education in Catholic theology.
    Read once a week-as a reminder-Roman chap 1, 1Corinthians 5&6, second letter of Peter, All of Ephesians.
Pray & pray everyday, look to do charitable works-probably right next door-Don't be seen living in Sin for all to mock the Christian roman Catholic as a religion on the sleeve.

Good afternoon everyone, nice sunny day here in Indiana.
Jeana, glad to hear the weather is lovely in Scotland. Mary Virginia so good to have you back, every day's another step along the way, may we all find our answers in the Sacred Heart of Jesus.

Found this on another site. I like this.

    No prayer, no power.
A little prayer, a little power.
A lot of prayer, a lot of power.
    Never forget this.
    Advice from a Catholic Priest

"Everyone is ready to run after the latest novelty....but as for Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament, He is deserted and forsaken."
    Saint John Vianney

    Hi Catholic4ever

I was once in the same situation, I was on a youth training scheme in the UK and was subjected to such abuse, humiliation and harassment about my faith it caused me to have a seizure

I was the only trainee to have 3 months rather than 6 weeks as a placement

Prayer was the only thing that saved me, and a good friend who was a lot older than me

Thanks for your prayers GLam, I feel as if there's almost a black wall surrounding my attempts to say the Hail Mary, it could be stress, both my husband and mother in their turn nearly died, dad died and my husband lost his job. I would really like to address this as I feel as the block is stifling me

Hola Catholic4ever4-sounds like when i worked in a state psych hosp as a nurse many moons ago-or the times i worked as a correctional officer in the prison system. Whatever has placed a stench under ur nose-keep going strong as a loving person-don't fold with reaching out to others that cry out for a hand. It helps to reflect on all the treasure God has send us through the years-we all tend to just take it for granted. Drop me a personal message anytime ya want to steam it off. I've been there with past jobs and marriage.

Hi Jesuswesus-well Christ is at the center of all Christian faiths-Being a Catholic is very much different than the teachings of the Methodist Church. Dig into the history of the Methodist Church (John Wesley?) and see where that group sprang from opposing most likely the Church of England(?) in Early America. The true presence of Jesus in the consecrated bread is probably the most important difference. Methodist do not accept the true presence in the Eucharist; nor that Christ instituted the Church from Peter to the coming of the Holy Spirit (in ACTs) through the years of the early christian catholic church guided by the Holy Spirit as promised by Jesus not to leave The Church orphans. Get a copy of the Catholic Catechism and continue with theRCIA classes. I will have u in my prays as 'JesusWesus" -sent me personal message to rap about the faith, if ya want.

Blessed are you, O Lord, merciful God,
and blessed is your holy and honorable Name.
Blessed are you in all your works for ever.
