This group is opened to anyone who is a fan of the "late great" Archbishop Fulton Sheen! He was such a inspirational "Man of God"! His show "Life is Worth Living" is still being seen & heard on Catholic televison & radio all around the world! Hopefully someday he will be known as St. Fulton J. Sheen!!!

I thought it would be a good idea to have a thread devoted to updates concerning Archbishop Fulton Sheen's cause for canonization. Here is the history so far...

In 2002 his cause for canonization was officially opened, and he was given the title of "Servant of God."

On June 28, 2012, the Vatican officially announced that the investigation into his canonization had progressed to the next stage, and he was given the title of "Venerable."

"Why is the human heart shaped as it is? The human heart is not shaped like a valentine heart, perfect and regular in contour; it is slightly irregular in shape as if a small piece of it were missing out of its side. That missing part may very well symbolize a piece that a spear tore out of the Universal Heart of Humanity on the Cross, but it probably symbolizes something more.
