I dont see anything wrong with asking God and picking one. I think divination is more about telling the future. I really dont even see a problem with flipping a coin or something if you cant decide between two equally good options.

foundlostsheep: You might want to read Acts 1:24-26. But what you experienced--the doubt after you did something you thought was right--was possibly a form of spiritual attack. Mention this to your confessor and he'll be able to answer whether what you did was proper and explain these kinds of attacks further.

Is this a sin of form of divination?

I have 2 prayer booklet for Stations of the Cross. I can't somehow decide what to choose. So I closed my eyes and somehow I think I asked the good God. I picked a prayer booklet.

Then I realize and felt like I had committed a sin. I'm now worried if it is a mortal sin. . . .Is it a sin when I close my eyes and picked using my hand?

Thanks for any help. I'm somehow not sure if I'm going to go to Holy Communion tomorrow.

Did Jesus give the Apostles his glorified future body at the Last Supper?

Jesus in His Incarnation "became like us in all things but sin." Before His Resurrection He was clearly subject to normal human biological conditions; aside from walking on the water He did not transcend space or time in His humanity. But after the Resurrection His Body was glorified just as ours will be at our own resurrections. A glorified body is clearly not subject to the limitations of space or time, as Jesus was able to walk though walls and essentially teleport as well as ascend to Heaven.

Jesus in his humanity was not omnipresent. Since his humanity cannot have been omnipresent. And according to Chalcedon, there cannot be any blending or confounding of Jesus two natures. This leaves me with a problem with Catholic and Orthodox Eucharistic theology. Dont get me wrong, I accept the Church's teaching because I obey the Church, but I just cant wrap my head around the teaching. Maybe I need to go back to Aquinas and re read his Summa.

God the Father, God the son Jesus and God the Holy Spirit are omnipresent, present in all places at all times.
