For seniors and shut- ins

Good morning everyone!
Good to catch up on wha teveryone is doing. It has been a busy week for me. The garden and flowers needed a lot of tending, and then the house had gone to pieces while I worked outside. Three big dogs can make the house a mess even if they are well-behaved (and I'm not saying these always are!).
Besides that, I have been trying to set up some help for my parents so that they can better stay at home. ( They are 87 & 88.) and working out a problem for Dad with the VA.

As if that's not enough, My name was selected for jury duty for the next 6 months. I had never been called for jury duty in my entire life until we moved here. I have been called twice now in the 2.5 years we have lived here. Oh well, last time I was never called to sit on a jury. Maybe I'll be as lucky this time!

Sorry to be all wrapped up in my own lifeand thoughts right now. I do notice some amazing new people on here. Welcome to you. This is a great group, and a lot of that is due to the efforts of flower lady and God's Holy will. God bless you all.

I usually take time to scan through my favorite places every day. However, I can't always think of anything interesting to say. I am with you in heart and often in mind, even when you don't see me here. Love and Peace.

Dear flowerlady Glad to hear the stitches are out and that you are feeling a lot better,from your you seem to be back to your usual cheary good self.Sheilalady,loved your doggy photos,I recently lost my faithful companion of 14 yrs.She was an Australian silky terrier with an amazing personality,AngelCoco,you are well named,an Angel caring for your own children & 5 Angel children,you are an amazing person,Not many people can do what you & hubby have achieved.God's Holy Will prayer is certainly a great gift and gives meaning,direction and hope to life It's a pity a lot more people haven't discovered it ,what a better world it could be.This weekend we are celebrating "a long weekend" with the Queen's Birthday. Queen Elizabeth 2nd is still queen of Australia, the country is still "monarch minded" although there is a growing push to become a Republic. Hi: My am AngelCoco and collectively my hubby of 32 years have 7 kids. Five of which are our Foster Angels. We have 2 adult children who are married. Three of the 5 Foster Angels live at home and 2 of the 5 are now in College, Yikes, confusing, right?. Well I am so happy to have found this group as I like all the sisterly love going around I have been a Stay At Home Mom, for 23, staying home for a whiile to take care of our son and daughter and later to take care of my to my first Foster Angel. That was not the plan, but once I learned how abused most Foster Chidren have been, you are afraid to leave then in the care of others, afraid that they may be further abused...
So I can safely say that children are my passion and has become my lifes work., and to boot, I two have grandchildren , ages 8 and 2~ Oh how I love those babies!!!!
I am a Rosary Maker and make Mission Rosaries and send them to Missions around the world...I make hand linked Rosary for family and friends. I love God above All, and I am a practicing Catholic in love with my Religion and all the wonderful windows of Spirituality open to us bringing us closer to God. I hope to meeting everyone and share in with

Welcome lolabebe, happy to have you with us. I too have been busy with my family this last week. Two nephews graduations and my little five yr. old grandson will have his kindergarten graduation next week. That should be cute. Good to know you are enjoying the little ones, and will soon retire.

S.K. I shop for things at the dollar stores all the time, I have bought some really nice glasses and little candy dishes and oh well lots of things.It works with the economy today.
Where are horgan, beth and our dear irishkathleen and he cares and the rest of the gang at? Oh, I'm sure they are fine. I'm in a much better mood with these stiches out .
