Just ran a 5K yesterday at Solider Field. Was a running buddy for a runner. Did a less than stellar job considering the heat. Still did it in spite of that. At my age, and being a smoker- I felt as if my friends here at CAF must have been wishing me well somehow. Nice to hear from you again.
