The positive side is that we have five men who are discerning their vocation to the new community. The negative is that my religious community does not want me to leave. We have elections in Feb and they want me to run for superior. I can't, not if I'm going to be responsible for the formation of the new community. I'm praying that they do not nominate me. If they do, I have to accept, under obedience.
Hi foolish mortal- just saw that you had left a message with me today- I also saw jea9 answer to you about PTA work. I agree with her whole heartedly. As far as being medically inclined, I believe that my love for and caring about my patients is what allows me to learn and retain the knowledge necessary to give them the best care possible. In other words my intellectual abilty has nothing to do with what I have learned over past 18 years of doing therapy- rather my heart for doing what is best for my patients is what has allowed me to become better and better at what I do.
hi, foolishmortal, I corroborate what that one person said, this is a minor apostasy, and a minor tribulation is imminent. Afterward, Christians will reunite to Rome, and there will be the fullness of the Gentiles, a great age in which Jesus' love reigns in almost all Gentiles.
Then, at some indeterminate time, perhaps in a couple generations, or in a thousand years, or somewhere in between, the world will apostatize again, only that time will be the very end, when the Antichrist will come, the Jews will convert, and Christ will return.
See the End Times Thread in this forum., the Back Fence. It has five stars.
