    Thanks, catharina! Actually, I'd given up CAF and other forums for Lent. But we are doing well, and so far the radiation hasn't hit us too bad as far south as we are.

    We must also ask ourselves another question. When attempting to protect the lives of mother and child, am I willing to lock out any evil options or are all options on the table? The Immaculate Heart does not even consider evil options. Thus it remains immaculate, because it remains free from evil. It does not even consider the possibility of doing evil. The Immaculate Heart of Mary accepted the death of her son, rather than opposing or interfering in God’s plans.
