Thank you Nancy for your sweet message. Stick around here and you will always have faith and know that God loves you and wants you to know more. Trust in him... Trust in the catechism...and always seek...and you will find... everything you need.
God bless you always

Hail! Holy Queen, Mother of Mercy,
our Life, our sweetness and our
hope. To thee do we cry, poor banished
children of Eve. To thee do we send up
our sighs, mourning and weeping in this
valley of tears. Turn then , O most gracious
advocate, thine eyes of mercy towards
us; and after this, our exile, show
unto us the blessed fruit of thy womb,
Jesus. O clement! O loving! O sweet
Virgin Mary!
Pray for us , O holy Mother of God. That we may be made worthy
of the promises of Christ.

Church Releases Swine Flu Precaution Guidelines
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Our local Parish released the following guidelines from the Bishop concerning the receiving of the Sacraments during Mass. This memo pertains to the Diocese of Brooklyn and Queens, NY. The attached memo was distributed by a Queens Parish. As promised previously, more information would be provided as it became available. Please Note: This policy is not optional. The statement from the Bishop asks all parishes in Brooklyn and Queens to "refrain" from given the Blessed Sacrament - consecrated wine.
Corrections were made to the original thread as as more information became available.

[I am afraid I am not very good with "visitor wall" messages -- I have not seen much use for a hybrid between a public forum post and a private message. But one has just dawned on me -- Stay tuned and see if I follow through. ]
Hi Nancy. I cannot say much about the PA-NJ-DE Catholics -- It seems a pretty quiet bunch. The KofC group currently has 172 members, and membership is "open" -- If you are interested, you are certainly welcome to join.

Wow! What an introduction! Hello to you ma'am! The mountain you hiked in Alton is almost certainly Mt. Major. A great little hike, and one of my pictures is me giving a thumbs up on top of it! My dogs are named Othello (Boxer) and Aslan (Bichon Frise) I have studied Kempo for years, and am currently starting over at the begginning (long story to go from high ranked to yellow belt again. Very humbiling!)
Sorry if missed any questions. Ask away!
God Bless!
