I didn't see a public message wall on your profile, TimSeeker, so I'll just post my answer here and hope you see it. I have heard that there may be a connection, but I'm not sure if there's an official teaching on that or not. It kinda makes sense when you think about it... more sense than saying "ghosts" don't exist at all... I haven't seen that movie so I don't know what all it said. The matter would definitely be interesting to research... hmmm....

    Purgatory
I saw the movie the Rite, which is based on a real people, but I do not know how much was True. It said that some Catholic excorcist see a relation between earthbound spirits and purgatory. Can anyone confirm this? As I have never heard this in all my Catholic circles????

    Well they aren't that popular,
if you're bored we could chat on AIM or Skype if you have either.
Just let me know and I'll be willing to do so, I'm kind of bored myself.

Okay, Sorry I seem to not have understood what you were talking about,
So I assumed you were talking about my breakup, since that's what I was talking about.

Well he's fine...he has to get his femur removed, but he can get a half bone/half prosthetic limp,
and he'll limp but it's better than not having the leg at all.
He's difficult to deal with, thanks for your concern, and please keep praying.
    God Bless, Andy.
