Hi David, I am an avid Chess fan as well, maybe we could have a game on line some time as I don't get a lot of time to play either.

I think Chess is the most perfect game. Nothing is hidden. There are no random events (except maybe deciding who gets the white pieces - which is a 60/40 advantage in tournament play).

I enjoy the study of chess theory and development, and I enjoy recreating great games from the past - the games significant enough to have names (the Evergreen game, etc). But I don't do much actual playing (a few games a year), and for a guy that studies it a lot, I am not really a very good player.
