Ceil - I did not mean to ignore you. I have not discovered the newer features on CAF.
Now I am guessing we are referencing the thread on the child who has been recommended for evaluation. My thing is, if the child is ADD then he needs help and no medicine is not always the answer. Amazingly I have known some with ADD who did well with caffeine as the stimulant of choice and yes, my understanding is that stimulants are what help.
I do believe I did say that there is a possibility that the evaluation may come up with that he is just still immature, or more accurately, his neurological system is not developed enough at the age of 6 to be able to stop his impulsiveness - it is indeed something some grow out of.,
