No, the coat of arms is from Pope St. Pius X. I like him.

    Hi Joe!
Is that a family coat of arms or some other?
    God Bless!

    Joe,
Please explain this statement that you made to my post.
"You should know, too, that addiction often lessens our culpability in committing sins because it diminishes our capacity to give complete consent." Are you saying that guilt is often not felt with an addict and therefore the act is not altogether the person giving consent because of the addiction? Sort of like someone saying I cannot help myself because I have a disease? (I have heard alcoholics use that excuse when relapsing) I can assure you in my case, personally, I am quite guilt ridden and as a practicing Catholic, I realize I need the sacraments more than ever now. It is so painful staying away and I do pray for the strength this coming Saturday to spend time with my parish preist in reflection and confession. It is quite embarrasing, humiliating really, but without I will clearly keep going down the wrong road. Plz if you can find the time, explain that sentence to me so I don't get the wrong impression that you do not understand?
    Thank you kindly.
    Rella
