my younger sister tried to do transcendental meditation with chanting and such and she was pushed backwards by a force.She described it as feeling like an entity, She stopped chanting immediately and never did it again. my older sister also was involved and she developed abilities like astral travel and psychic sight. She also had the souls of purgatory or maybe ghosts visiting her when she would go to sleep.
