I know I am just a random person that is writing a public wall message, but I wanted to say I am a huge fan of John Adams and when I read your signature quote, I wanted to say that I really like it and how much it is nice to see someone quoting a great man, John Adams.
BOY! we have not spoken since June? how are you? H Have you been getting ready for winter? OH! you live where it is warm, i live where it is cold, and you can have fun in the snow, sliding and snow boarding ans skiing and ice skating and camp fiers that feel soooo good to circle around and talk, and joke and look up at the stars and watch the full moon and hear the snow crunch beneath your feet. Sometimes you fall on the way home and that alway's get people laughing. I've been wanting to get my hands on a good, uptodate, unbiased book on the history of the Catholic Church. I have so many questions. I'm 66 and have forgotten most of what I learned in high school. Like, what really happened regarding the Crusades? How did the papacy start (I know Peter was the beginning), but when and how did it actually come about having a pope? Etc.
