Sorry Mimi. I have no idea as to what may have happened to littlequestion. It once happened to a friend of mine. He is a very traditional Catholic and I know he could possibly say things that might be unacceptable to some people.
I haven't been following littlequestion's posts carefully so I haven't any idea as to what's going on.

Yes - once you are banned you are not welcome back on the forum. Some people will try to come back with a new user account, but they have ways of blocking people who are repeat offenders.
