    Hey all,
I'm giving up most of my internet activity for Lent...

I hope everyone has a blessed Lent, and welcome those who enter tthe Church Christ founded this Easter vigil

Thanks to all who visit this page, I'm sorry there is not much on it for you!

A note about "friending"--I don't know how to do this, and I really spend too much time on the computer as it is. I think all friend requests are wonderful, thank you , but I am sorry to say I cannot accept any. PM's are always welcome, tho.

'Keep your soul always in peace, with love and trust in our Lord, and -- I repeat -- remember what you have promised Him, that is to say, undivided love, persevering humility and generous mortification. This is what you owe to the Sacred Heart of Jesus.'

I see that there are people who visit here; I would like to welcome you and thank you for your interest.

I thought I would write 3 very boring things:
    1. My keyboard has one key that does not work: the one for the last letter of the alphabet. So I am looking a bit British these days!

    2. I have only very limited access to a computer on the weekends, so tend not to post much then.

    3. Because of the limited access on weekends, sometimes I drop out of threads because they have moved along so much over that time that either I can't catch up or have nothing more to add.

I have enjoyed discussions with many people here on CAF. I have learned from many people, even those with whom I disagree, and I sometimes find that my ideas are changing. So if you see any discrepancies between what I posted back then and what I post now, just put it down to increased maturity or development, not fickleness!

Men demanded that purely spiritual matters… be… "proved" [in] physical terms[, then] began to perceive that each order of life had evidence proper to itself… To demand physical proof for every article of belief was as fantastic as to demand… mathematical proof for the love of a mother for her child.
