In the same message, Planned Parenthood called the decision “a dark day for women’s health and safety.”

So, apparently killing a child just moments before it is born is a travesty for women's health. To me, the procedure is a travesty for children's health. If the doctor did not intentionally and physically halt the birthing process, the woman would have a baby, not an empty skulled corpse.

Two years in prison for a doctor who performs this procedure? What about 1st degree murder for both the mother and the doctor. There is no medically valid reason to kill a baby moments before it is born.

More like a "Dark Day" for Planned Parenthood.
