I don't know about the local scene in Massachusetts, but on Sirius/XM there are two Catholic stations available: EWTN Radio and The Catholic Channel.

I'm not sure about the line-ups and packaging available with Sirius or XM on the various radios they have for sale. There's lots of confusion (in my mind, at least) thanks to the recent merger and the number of different kinds of radios each had on the market and their various capabilities.

But on my XM Radio set up I have both channels, and to me this alone is worth the monthly subscription.
