Question John Paul II & The Second Vatican documents?

Can anyone tell me of which of the Second Vatican documents did Pope John Paul II author?

I don't know if he was the principal author, but his main contribution is in the Dignitalis Humanae and Gaudium et Spes published at the close of the council on December 7, 1965.
