It certainly looks darn white. And its at a non-standard time. But there's no bells...

The confusion is killing me. I'm gonna think the smoke is supposed to be black without the bells...

Precedent, the head cardinal (I forget his title) will come out and announce Habemos Papum in half an hour! Any minute now at 12:30. Then he will say the Cardinals name and give the new Pope's name! Then Our Pope will come out and give urbis and orbit and some ad lib. yay!
