So what have you fished for?

I am hoping that I may go fishing sometime this summer, but things keep coming up. It's either fishing or hunting, and I think I am going to choose hunting. I want the freezer full of deer before the year's end.

God bless.

Aw shucks guys! Hunting and fishing is great and all, I love to garden. I am a farmers daughter! So, gardening is where it's at for me. I get severe dirt fever in the spring time and just can not wait to get the ol' rototiller started and smell all the wonderful dirt. Yep! Gardening is what I like to do in the country.
God bless!

Right on MM!

I am in the Bluegrass area of Kentucky. And the land IS my perk. I long to ride the never-ending rolling hills of the area on my bicycle.I can't tell you how great it is to experience the country on a bike! You truly SEE and feel the local life. I hike the woods about-and when I fish ( catch & release) half the time I just drift in the boat to watch day turn into night with ALL it's wonder. Was born in Chicago- Lived in a city of a million + most of my life --- and now that I'm out here- I'll never go "back". HOW can one replace the flicker of a candle in the wafting breeze of a distant approaching thunderstorm while strumming a dulcimer. I feel ALL of the above FAR more being Catholic- Thanks be to God.
