Is it okay to genuflect at an Orthodox church?

Michelle Arnold answered a question regarding genuflection in an Anglican church, saying that we could not genuflect to an Anglican altar. I go to a Western-rite Orthodox church (which is like Anglican, except it is in communion with Constantinople) for Morning Prayer every Sunday morning. Am I right in assuming that Jesus's Real Presence is in the tabernacle of that Orthodox church, and therefore it is right to genuflect and worship him in the Real Presence there?

I think my answer was clear that I was discussing cases in which the Real Presence is not present. Orthodox churches have a valid priesthood and therefore a valid Eucharist. That said, it is not customary for Orthodox churches to reserve the Blessed Sacrament in a tabernacle. To do so is considered to be a Latin Catholic tradition. If this particular church does so, then yes, you may genuflect. But be certain that the church really is reserving the Eucharist in a tabernacle. If it does not do so, then a bow to the altar is sufficient.
