How do I deal with a gay relative at a wedding Mass?

I've been invited to a family wedding. One sibling is openly gay and I am uncertain how to react if he intends to receive the Eucharist. In light of recent Maryland funeral issue where a priest was chastised for telling a gay woman she could not receive Communion, should I inform parish priests to confront the gay person or what?

It is unclear to me what your relationship is to the couple or to the homosexual relative. In that case, I can only recommend allowing the couple, their parents, or the wedding celebrant to deal with the situation as they see fit and to refrain from inserting yourself into the fray.
