There is no such thing as a "Sweet Sixteen" Mass. If you mean that your family is planning to attend Mass together on the sixteenth birthday of a teenage girl, that is a lovely idea. The Scripture readings of the day should be used, and now is a good time for the teen to learn that it may be her special day, but the Mass is not about her and should not be turned into a birthday celebration for her.
