Default Why doesn't the Catholic Church have funerals or memorials for aborted children?

My non-Catholic friends question our commitment to pro-life issues because we don't seem to be consistent. For example, there are no funerals or memorials for aborted children. Is this because we don't have the aborted body of the child?

A funeral Mass is for a specific deceased person. If no one arranges the funeral then there isn't a funeral. How would the parish priest know there was an aborted child in his parish unless someone contacted him and told him? Funerals also presume the presence of a body or remains, otherwise it is just a Mass for the deceased.

Your non-Catholic friends can rest assured that when there is an opportunity to have a funeral for victims of abortion, the Catholic Church does do so:

And there are Catholic memorials for abortion victims as well:
