A funeral Mass is for a specific deceased person. If no one arranges the funeral then there isn't a funeral. How would the parish priest know there was an aborted child in his parish unless someone contacted him and told him? Funerals also presume the presence of a body or remains, otherwise it is just a Mass for the deceased.
Your non-Catholic friends can rest assured that when there is an opportunity to have a funeral for victims of abortion, the Catholic Church does do so:
