Default How did those born to Adam & Eve multiply?
How do we reconcile the principle of monogenism with the principle that there should not be incestuous/consanguineous reproduction? The descendants of Adam & Eve, especially the those initially descendant, would have to have had incestuous/consanguineous relations for the human race to begin to multiply...

Thank you in advance for your thoughts.
