Do 10,000 - 20,000 for principle, and 20,000 + is the last class.

All new members who sign up are now designated as "New Members" for a short period (currently set to one month...and regardless of their post counts).
After that, the previous user titles are applied.
We have also discussed additional user titles for higher post counts, but have not come to any decisions yet.
