Default For an elderly family friend, sick and now reposed

Her family is somewhat estranged from her, but she's in a hospital, and has all kinds of issues - failing kidney, tumor (cancerous maybe), bad lungs, basically things starting to break down. She is supposed to be placed in a new nursing home closer to her sisters.

I just found out she died - probably yesterday. We had just talked to her the day before. My mom called the hospital today to check up on her (she was due to go to the nursing home today - I guess Jesus had another Home in mind. ).

I'm sorry for her family and friends loss. I'll pray for the repose of her soul.

Our Father in Heaven
Holy be Your Name
Your Kingdom come
Your Will be done
On earth as it is in Heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread
And forgive us our sins
As we forgive those who sin against us
Do not bring us to the test
But deliver us from evil.
Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace!
The Lord is with you
Blessed are you among women
And Blessed is the fruit of your womb, Jesus.

Holy Mary, Mother of God
Pray for us sinners
Now and at the hour of our death.
Amen.

Glory be to the Father,
And to the Son,
And to the Holy Spirit.

As it was in the beginning
Is now and ever shall be
World without end.
Amen.

Eternal rest grant unto her, O Lord,
And let perpetual light shine upon her.

May she rest in peace.
Amen.

May the souls of the faithfully departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace.
Amen.
