Justice Anthony Kennedy was an enigma all of his tenure in the Court. Although he voted for the ban he is still "iffy" when it comes to protecting the unborn. Could it be he is is in the company now with Alito and Roberts (Scalia and Thomas) and is seeing things with greater clarity?

Let's hope so...he has some catching up to do.
