Exclamation 1930 Lambeth Contraception decision

I read a statement by an Anglican Bishop regarding that churches decision to allow birth control. I'm fairly certain that I read it in a past issue of The Rock. It would have been in the 1990's.

It wasn't an entire article, but a short piece pointing out that prior to 1930 all Christian denominations prohibited Birth Control.
A lot of people don't know this. I want to post this information on my Catholic blog, but I no longer have access to those issues since we moved.

The Bishop predicted that the 1930 Lambeth decision would ultimately lead to Abortion, homosexuality, and Euthanasia. He was right on target. Can anyone direct me to the issue in which it appeared? I'd sure appreciate it.
