How to Register

• Click on the “Register Here” link.

• Enter your birthdate.

• Read the forum rules.

• Check the box that says “I have read, and agree to abide by the Catholic Answers Forum rules.”

• Click “Register.”

• A user name is a nickname you choose to make public to your fellow participants (e.g., “Stargazer70”); enter whatever you prefer. If your choice is already taken, after you submit the information the program will prompt you to make another choice.

• Choose a password, type it into “Password” and “Confirm Password.” Be sure to keep your password in a secure location.

• Enter your email address into “Email Address” and “Confirm Email Address.”

• Scroll.

• If you choose, uncheck the box “Receive Email from Administrators.” Unchecking this box will block the email the Catholic Answers Forums sends out to registrants. If any email leaks through the block, forward it to forumadmin@catholic.com and request that the problem be investigated.

• If you choose, check box that says “Receive Email from Other Members.” Be aware that receiving email does not reveal your personal email address to another member, but your email response to that person will reveal your email address. For privacy purposes, we recommend not checking this box so that you will only receive private messages from others. (The private message system is entirely internal and does not reveal your email address in any way.)

• Click “Complete Registration.”

• You will receive a confirmation email. Click the link provided. You are now registered and able to participate!
