Default Changing username?

Would it be possible to change my username? I would like to change for privacy reasons.

Thank you.

Thank you.
I think the deal is you just reregister with a new name and just don't use the old one.

Yea, that's what I was told to do by admin, too.

Correct.

The problem is that changing a username does not change all references to that username. Members often address each other in their posts. Furthermore, username shorthands are also used quite often. User "Firebird3000" might be addressed as:
firebird3000
firebird3k
firebird
fb
FB3000
F3K
FB3K, etc.

It would be prohibitively expensive to find and replace all such references, thus leaving clues and anomalies through out the various threads that you have participated in.

The best option is to setup a new CAF account.
