What if I can't obtain my baptismal certificate?

Hi there.
This is the first time I have used a forum so I apologise if I do it wrong. Total Beginner.

I am due to get married in the summer and as part of the admin process my local priest requires a copy of my baptismal certificate. I have contacted my old church who have no record of the event. The arch diocese have no record either. I have no physical record of my baptism except the word of my mother and the witnesses present.II sort of crept away from my faith until a few years ago, never being confirmed etc. I am really worried now that I will be unable to proceed with the wedding. Is there anything I can do? Please help. Really worried.
